2016 Spring/Summer Yard Sale: The next community yard sale will be held on Saturday, July 16 from 8:00 am until 12:00 noon rain or shine. There is no cost for Shearon Farms Homeowners to participate. Signs will be placed at the Capital Blvd. entrance to Shearon Farms and also at the entrance to Cloverbank St., Rainsong Dr. and Precious Stone Dr. and additionally ads will be posted with WRAL Online Classified and Craig’s List. Setup your yard sale items on your own property  Saturday morning if you wish to participate and good luck making some extra cash!
