HOA Annual Assessment Notification

2013The FY13 budget was ratified by the homeowners at the annual budget meeting on December 4, 2012. The annual assessment will cover the timeframe from January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013.  Notifications will be mailed to homeowners in the coming weeks and is due no later than March 31, 2012.  If you have any questions, please contact president@shearonfarms.com.
