In an effort to eliminate confusion or inconvenience to the Homeowners regarding project approvals for work to be performed on the exterior of any home, the ARB would like to remind Homeowners that details about the Board can found here.  Long story short, any work to be performed by a Homeowner for any external construction, painting or landscaping must be submitted for approval.
