Effective July 1, 2011 – All neighborhood sponsored events will be announced via our new changeable event signs as well as on the Shearon Farms website. Our goal is to migrate away from the Yahoo Group site for communications. Also, if you would like to use the signs for your committee event – please contact the HOA. president@shearonfarms.com

If you have a question about the Shearon Farm Single Family Homeowners Association, (including a question about the budget or finances) please click on the “Board of Directors” tab above. You will find a list of names of the current members of the Board of Directors.
As a reminder, the Board of Directors are volunteers and they would love to answer your questions, but may not have the time to answer the same question to everyone individually. If you send an email, the committee member will consult with the other committee members and then your question, and the answer, will be posted on this website for everyone’s benefit. Thank you for cooperation to make this website, and your neighborhood, the best it can be. And, if you get a chance, please thank the members of the Board of Directors for their service!
On Thursday, June 30th, the Shearon Farms Single Family Homeowners Association will be holding its quarterly meeting. Please forward to anyone from the Single Family section that is not on email. As always, the HOA Board of Directors highly encourages everyone to attend the meeting.
