Board of Directors

The mission of the Shearon Farms Single Family (SFSF) Homeowners Association is to promote the quality of life for residents through advocacy, community and volunteerism. The Board of Directors is made up of volunteers that live throughout the community and work together focusing on key quality of life issues such as safety, security, land use, education, social, outreach, and beautification.

The current Board of Directors All Elected in 2024 include:

  • Matt Bliss President    (3 year term)
  • Josh Mosiniak Treasurer (2 year term) Appointed in 2025 to replace Ed Kato 
  • Flo Kandefer Secretary (3 year term)
  • John Hughes (3 year term)

Please note as of January 1st, 2020 the single family HOA has hired a management company. Our current management company is Community Association Management Services (CAMS).
