The Spring Yard of the Season will be announced on Sunday, April 15th.  Judging criteria will include well-manicured lawns, blooming flowers, trimmed trees, and all around landscape curb appeal. The yard chosen each quarter will be awarded a sign to display in front of their home, its picture taken and be displayed on our HOA website and a $50 gift certificate to their favorite home repair store.
